02 / Content and UX decisions

Decisions

DDR-001 · Content decision

Label everything that is not live: demo mode for judges, the staged motion study, and simulated viewers in tests. The film labels each real capture.

DDR-002 · Experience decision

One room, two views: viewers control it from a browser while the stream shows a clean overlay, and the server decides every position and seat so both always match.

03 / Delivery evidence

Delivery evidence

  1. 01

Server-side Twitch OAuth with token validation, opaque sessions and optional subscriber-only admission.

  2. 02

Three Blender-built characters with interchangeable props and authored walk, sit and reaction animation.

  3. 03

Server-owned seating and a five-minute broadcaster timeout that follows the verified identity.

  4. 04

A 3-minute HyperFrames film with first-person Kokoro narration and an original score synthesized in code.

04 / Role signals

Role fit

  • Directing an AI coding agent end to end
  • Real-time multiplayer systems
  • OAuth and platform integration
  • 3D art direction and pipelines
  • Honest demo and evidence
Validation

Twelve suites cover exported animation clips, pathfinding, concurrent seat claims, sign-in against a simulated Twitch provider, moderation, capacity and asset disposal, run locally and in GitHub Actions on Windows and Linux; the room was then shown live through OBS on the real Twitch player.

Boundary

Not hosted publicly; judges run the labelled demo mode locally. A second real viewer account and a physical-phone walkthrough remain unverified.
